Luna’s Martin Garcia talks to high school students during a New Mexico Education Council College Fair at Robertson High School on Tuesday, Sept. 10. Several local high schools attended the event. Luna’s 2019 fall student enrollment is up 7 percent from the 2018 fall semester.
