Pfizer: Initial, Booster, and 2nd Booster (Persons aged 65+, Persons 18 – 64 with complicating conditions, Persons in a high risk setting due to occupation)
Moderna: Initial, Booster, and 3rd additional dose (Immunocompromised persons aged 18 and over)
Registration and appointments can be scheduled at Get Vaccinated New Mexico | NMDOH vaccinenm.org or registration can be done on site. Please bring driver’s license, insurance card, and vaccination card (if applicable).
