Information on Courses

  • Fall 2015 Semester begins July 27th-December 4th 2015
  • Spring 2016 Semester begins December 7th - May 13th
  • Members will have to sign up for PE class 112 Physical Fitness and or PE113 Weight Training

One credit hour course

Self-paced class, you work out at your own convenience with weight machines, free weights, and cardio equipment. Student/members will log in 20 hours during the semester. Training is available upon request of any member or student.
