Several Luna baseball players earned all-region honors following the 2023 season.

Earning all-region honors are:

Wilmer Henriquez – First-team all-region infielder
Jose Villalobos – Second-team all-region infielder
Diego Quinonez—Second-team all-region pitcher
Kohle Kerin—Second-team all-region outfielder
Juanito Avila—All-defensive team right fielder
JJ Garcia—Honorable mention all-region
Ashton Luera—Honorable mention all-region
Kekoa Ogawa—Honorable mention all-region
