The New Mexico Legislative Interim Committee on Water and Natural Resources listens to testimony from Las Vegas Mayor Louie Trujillo and Luna Community College President Dr. Edward Martinez on Monday, July 10. The Committee met at Luna’s Media Education Center on July 10 and Tuesday, July 11.
