Dr. Gilbert Sena is the Luna Board of Trustees new chairman. Sena was elected as the new chairman during a BOT meeting on Tuesday, Feb. 8. Dr. Sena thanked Dr. Phyllis Martinez, who served as chairwoman for the last two years.
