Luna students, employees invited to a free concert at Highlands University


Highlands University is inviting all Luna students and employees to a free concert to see the Kumbia Kings, Ellas and Bri Bagwell on Saturday, April 30 at the John A. Wilson Complex. Doors open at 4 p.m. with the show beginning at 6 p.m.

Please see below on how to attain your free concert ticket.

To claim your free ticket simply follow these steps:

  • Click the following link to take you to the event page: https://www.nmhu.edu/ilfeld-auditorium/tickets/

  • General admission tickets are available for students, staff, and faculty, at no cost. Once you choose which general admission section you’d like to sit in, then go to checkout and in the code area enter your Luna ID number and hit apply.

  • Then you can fill in the rest of your information for your ticket. Only one code per individual is available.

The international renowned Los Kumbia Kings All Starz, are an American musical group from Corpus Christi, Texas who play Mexican cumbia and Latin pop music. A.B. Quintanilla, the brother of the late Selena Quintanilla-Perez, created the group.

REMINDER: Proof of vaccination is required or a NEGATIVE Covid test taken within 48 hours to enter the venue for the concert. If you do not have either of the documentation required, you will not be able to enter.
