Students, employees participate in college's Third Annual CROP Hunger Walk

Luna Community College held its Third Annual CROP Hunger Walk on Thursday, Oct. 27 with around 70 students and employees participating.

CROP Hunger Walks are community-based walk events held in cities and towns across the nation, raising funds to support the global mission of Church World Service, a faith-based organization that responds to hunger, poverty, displacement and disaster around the world.

Luna’s Allied Health Sciences and Public Service Director Dr. Carol Linder organized the CROP Hunger Walk for the college.
