Workforce Development

The Department of Workforce Development is actively training individuals to be able to join the workforce, be it in earning one certification, or MANY. We have different CDL driving and Heavy Equipment Simulators to familiarize learning drivers in how machines behave, and how many different scenarios should be handled. Certifications on any or all of the machines offered are available.

Means those situations in which the District contracts with a public or private entity for the purposes of providing instruction or services or both.
